Due to Australian and overseas government restrictions on the movement of their populations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, including the closing of borders, social distancing, quarantine and so on (all reasons well beyond our control), Webjet Exclusives is having to deal with extraordinarily challenging business conditions. In essence, non-essential travel has ground to a halt globally and no one has any certainty as to timelines in terms of when these conditions will ease, be lifted or extended. Accordingly we ask for your understanding of the unprecedented and widespread nature of these issues and assure you that we are doing our best to look after you, our valued customer as much as we can. Information for all customers

  • If you are booked on a Webjet Exclusives operated tour or package, we would have been in contact with you in relation to a remedy. If for some reason you have not heard from us, please email: [email protected] and we will respond accordingly
  • If you are booked on a third-party operated tour with one of the below travel providers whom operate your holiday, they also would have been in contact with you in relation to your arrangements, the actions below are being undertaken and for further information please contact the provider per below details.   • For Travel Asia operated tours – we would have been in contact with you in relation to a remedy for any funds paid to Webjet
