Arrive in Hanoi and travel by coach to the emerald green waters of Halong Bay. Enjoy an overnight cruise and visit the local Vung Vieng fishing village and the Thein Canh Son Cave. Journey to the lush rolling hills of Sapa and spend time wondering through the iconic Cat Cat Village. Shop at the local markets or indulge in some delicious local cuisine, before journeying back to Hanoi.
Take part in a immersive city tour of Hanoi, seeing attractions such as the Temple of Literature and the Tran Quoc Pagoda, before your tour comes to an end.
Day 1: Hanoi
On arrival in Hanoi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Today travel by coach through the rich farm land of the Red River Delta to arrive at Halong Bay. After lunch, cruise further along towards the limestone islands of Bai Tu Long Bay, heading towards the Vung Vieng fishing village, one of the largest in Halong Bay. Return to the boat in the late afternoon to enjoy a night of socialising and entertainment on-board.
Optional: Take a bamboo rowing boat trip around Vung Vieng Fishing Village. Additional cost applies.
Optional: Grab a kayak and head out by yourself with help and instruction of your tour guide around the Village. Additional costs applies.
Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake this morning to enjoy the early sunrise, before we cruise towards our next stop of Thien Canh Son Cave. After lunch, disembark your cruise and catch a transfer back to Hanoi.

Head to the skies to enjoy a unique vantage point for you to truly appreciate the vastness and beauty of Halong Bay’s limestone formations. Fly around for 25 minutes, admiring the stunning view of this natural wonder. Additional cost applies.
Optional: Hanoi Street Food
Enjoy a walk around the Old Quarter in the afternoon and appreciate the local lifestyles as you wind through Hanoi’s streets. You will have the opportunity to taste some Northern Vietnamese delicacies including stuffed pancake, banh my, stuffed sticky rice balls and egg coffee.
Day 4: Hanoi – Sapa (B)
After breakfast, take a bus from Hanoi to Sapa. This will be approxiametly a 5 hour drive. Arriving in the early afternoon, check-in to your hotel and spend time wandering through the local villages. Discover Cat Cat Village, a place famous for its brocade weaving craft and its gold and silver jewellery making. On route, admire the incredible scenery and farms along the way. Enjoy a short stop a local waterfall and hydroelectric station, before the rest of the day is yours to do what you please.
Day 5: Sapa – Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, head Muong Hoa Valley. On the way, pass through Lao Chai Village and Ta Van Village, and see the incredible rice terraces and mountain scenery. Spend a couple of hours to relaxing and wandering around Sapa Town, before heading back to Hanoi.
Day 6: Hanoi (B)
This morning, take a city tour of Hanoi. Explore its local attractions such as the Temple of Literature, the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam.
Day 7: Hanoi (B)
