Day 6: Okavango Delta (B,L,D)
Today enjoy a day at leisure.
Your package includes various game drives and walks, as well as Mokoro and boat safaris as outlined below. Local staff will assist in you choosing the right activity for your needs:
A Mokoro allows you to be guided by your poler into shallow waters where a motorized boat cannot reach. Glide through the shallow waterways and observe the wonderful aquatic flora and fauna, the pods of hippos wallowing in the channels and other game along the water’s edge.
Get up and personal with nature as you walk through the bush with a local guide who will take you on a leisurely walk where time is spent observing the smaller details in the bush that one would normally miss on a game drive. Bush walks are dependent on the weather and the terrain at the time.
4×4 Game Drive
Experience sightings of the varied wildlife from the comfort of an open game drive vehicle. Stop along the way with your experienced guide. Available in the early morning or afternoon.
