Move between live cooking stations manned by chefs whipping up fresh waffles, pancakes and omelettes, and mouth-watering selections of international fare. Return to the Café one evening to redeem your buffet dinner inclusion, too. There are three other main diners – Soleil, Table8 and Edogin – as well as bar and lounge spaces for sipping at expertly-crafted cocktails or nibbling at dainty sandwiches and delicate cakes for high tea. The Mulia Deli is fantastic for casual bites and French-style sweets and pastries. That said, you can also arrange for snacks to be delivered to your poolside sunlounger.

Put your package’s inclusion of $25 USD credit towards one of the heavenly treatments offered by the Mulia Spa. Take your pick between Balinese massage, crystal-healing rituals and other signature treatments – all guaranteed to have you walking out of the spa feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and renewed. Those fond of faster-paced pursuits should make a point of consulting the monthly activities schedule and pencil in any of the goings-on that take their fancy, from aquarobic classes, yoga and personal trainer sessions in the gym, games, tennis lessons, and food-focused experiences. A class schedule is also available in the fitness centre. Mulia Kidz also puts on a rotating roster of young traveller-friendly activities.

  • A deposit of $199 per person is due at the time of purchase in order to secure your date
  • Full payment at the time of booking is required if you opted to purchase Tour Only (if applicable)
  • All peak season surcharges, interstate surcharges (if applicable) and Flexi Flight cost (if applicable) are also due at the time of purchase and will be reflected at the checkout stage
  • Final payment is due 120 days prior to travel. If you book within 120 days of travel, you will be sent an invoice within 7 days for final payment

Flight Information

 

Airline Information:

  • Return economy airfares departing Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth with Qantas Airlines, Garuda Airlines, Virginia Australia their codeshare partners or similar
  • Adelaide – A $200 interstate surcharge per person apply
  • Flights include one piece of carry-on and one checked-in baggage per person
  • Once your booking is confirmed it will remain non-refundable and non-transferable

 Flight Conditions:

  • Note that the total length of the package includes time spent in flight as specified in the itinerary
  • Some flights may depart a day before/after, involve up to 3 transits, stopover or a substitute airline
  • Full names (First, Middle & Surname) as per passport must be provided at the time of booking. Names cannot be changed once booked
  • One-way flights cannot be accommodated. All flights within the package must be utilised, any flight intentionally forfeited will result in later flights being cancelled
  • All flights have been booked to meet minimum connection times as per airline policy and fare rules

  • Flights will be booked using the promotional carrier outlined above in the Airline Information along with any codeshare partners. Tickets will be issued as per the request in the booking form and emailed to you. Any further change requests post booking will incur change fees so please ensure you confirm your exact dates at the time of booking.
  • Accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. In the event you arrive early or extend your stay, you will forfeit any included airport transfers (where applicable) and will need to make your own way to and from the airport.
  • In the event you need to make any changes after flights have been ticketed, an additional cost of $250.00 per person plus any airline fees and additional airfare and taxes will apply.
  • Your airline tickets will automatically be issued per the dates and itinerary of the tour unless otherwise advised at the time of completing the booking form.

Change your itinerary routing:

  • If you wish to change your arrival and/or departure city this can be done for an additional $400.00 per person. For example, your tour may begin and end in Zurich, but you may wish to fly into London, make your own way to Zurich then fly out of Zurich at the conclusion of the tour.
  • To change your arrival and/or departure city you must detail this at the time of the booking within the special requests box by advising the airport you wish to fly into and the airport you wish to fly out of
  • Changes to the arrival and/or departure cities must be on the same continent as the original arrival/departure city of the tour itinerary.
  • Flights will be booked using the promotional carrier outlined above in the Airline Information along with any codeshare partners. Tickets will be issued as per the request in the special request box on the booking form and emailed to you. Any further change requests post booking will incur change fees so please ensure you confirm your exact dates at the time of booking.
  • In the event you require additional internal flights to meet the tours arrival or departure points, these will need to be booked by the individual customer at their own expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they allow ample time to connect with the start/end of the tour.
  • Accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. In the event you make changes to your flight itinerary you will forfeit any included airport transfers (where applicable) and you will need to make your own way to and from the airport.
  • In the event you need to make any changes after flights have been ticketed, the cost is an $250.00 per person plus any airline fees and additional airfare and taxes will apply
  • Your airline tickets will automatically be issued per the dates and itinerary of the tour unless otherwise advised at the time of completing the booking form.

Premium Economy and Business Class Upgrades (where available):

  • Premium economy and business class upgrades may be available on select itineraries and airlines. Please select your preferred cabin class from the drop-down box on the booking form at the time of completing the booking form.
  • Upon completing your booking, a quote will be sent via email which includes the additional amount due per person should you wish to proceed with the upgrade, together with the payment due date which is typically 24-48 hours.
  • In the event we don’t hear from you at all we will proceed with issuing economy class tickets as per the deal inclusions and send these through to you via email.
  • The flights will be quoted using the promotional carrier outlined above along with their codeshare partners in the Airline Information
  • Any additional accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. Any alteration to the original flight itinerary offered will forfeit the included airport transfers (if applicable) and you will need to make your own way to and from the airport.
  • In the event you need to make any changes post booking, the cost is $250.00 per person plus any airline fees and additional airfare and taxes will apply. You may still subject to seat availability upgrade from economy to premium economy or business class.

Tour Only:

  • Any additional accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. Any alteration to the original flight itinerary offered will forfeit the included airport transfer (if applicable) and you will need to make your own way to and from the airport
