Deposit Information:

• A deposit of $499 per person plus any applicable surcharges are due at the time of purchase in order to secure your date. 
• All peak season surcharges, interstate surcharges (if applicable) and single supplements (if applicable) are also due at the time of purchase and will be reflected at the checkout stage.
• Final payment is due 120 days prior to travel. If you book within 120 days of travel, you will be sent an invoice within 7 days for final payment.

• Invoices will be emailed to you in advance and it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made prior to the due date

Documentation: 

Documentation will be provided after final payment is complete and within 30 days of travel, including E-Ticket instructions, hotel confirmation, itinerary extension & optional tour confirmation (where applicable) and destination travel tips.

Excludes: Transfers in Singapore, Travel Insurance, Visas, personal expenses, tipping, sightseeing entrance fees, anything not mentioned or ‘optional’ in the itinerary.

Seaplane transfers: Seaplane transfer cannot be guaranteed. Seaplane operates to a limited schedule and has a maximum capacity of 15 passengers. Should they not be available or your arrival to Maldives is in the evening, you will be transferred to the island on a domestic flight – Flyme operated by Villa Air. The flight will land at the nearby island – Dharavandhoo airport, and then customers will be picked up from the airport and transferred to the resort via speedboat. Approximate duration of the domestic flight from Male to Dharavandhoo is 30 min, speedboat transfer can take an additional 45 minutes.

Marina Mandarin Singapore: 

Deluxe Room – Located on levels 6 to 15, our well-appointed Deluxe Rooms offer a contemporary feel. Measuring 31-33 square metres, the rooms are fitted with a comfortable work space and equipped with modern amenities.

Airline Information:

• Return economy airfares departing Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with Singapore Airlines and their codeshare partners
• Adelaide customers- A $250 interstate surcharge per person applies 
• Please note: some flights from Singapore to Maldives will be an evening departure
• Flights include one piece of checked-in baggage per person weighing no more than 20kg
• Once your booking is confirmed, no further changes can be made, and your booking will remain non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

 Flight Conditions:

• Note that the total length of the package includes time spent in flight as specified in the itinerary
• Some flights may depart a day before/after, involve up to 3 transits, stopover or a substitute airline
• Full names (First, Middle & Surname) as per passport must be provided at the time of booking. Names cannot be changed once booked.
• One-way flights cannot be accommodated. All flights within the package must be utilised, any flight intentionally forfeited will result in later flights being cancelled.

• Flights will be ticketed as per the dates and itinerary of the tour unless otherwise advised at the time of completing the booking form.
• If we can accommodate your request at no additional cost flight tickets will be issued as per the request on the booking form and acknowledgment will be sent via email.
• If your flight variation incurs additional airfare and taxes a request for payment will be sent via email. If payment is not received by the date and time advised Webjet Exclusives will proceed to book flights as per the dates of the tour.
• Any additional accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. Any alteration to the original flight itinerary offered will forfeit the included airport transfer (if applicable) and you will need to make your own way to and from the airport.

 Cabin/Class Upgrades (where applicable):

• Please select your preferred cabin class from the drop-down box on the booking form at the time of making your purchase
• The quote will be sent via email only. Failure to pay by the stipulated date and time will result in the quote expiring, by which Webjet Exclusives will proceed to book the economy airfare included in your package.
• A flat fee of $350.00 per person for this service, plus any additional airfare and taxes will be quoted if choosing to upgrade your flights to another cabin class.
• Any additional accommodation outside the tour itinerary will need to be arranged at your own expense. Any alteration to the original flight itinerary offered will forfeit the included airport transfer (if applicable) and you will need to make your own way to and from the airport
